I am a versatile and accomplished professional with a background in creative digital content creation, digital marketing strategy, and graphic design. My career has spanned across various countries - the United States, the United Kingdom, and across the Caribbean region, allowing me to gain diverse experiences and expertise in the field.
Work Experience
In my current role at SmartTerm Limited in Canada and Jamaica, I have been instrumental as a Creative Digital Content Creator since 2018. I'm responsible for designing and creating high-quality visuals, graphics, and multimedia elements to enhance the learning experience. I conceptualize and develop engaging and informative digital learning content, including online courses and interactive videos.
From 2015 to 2017, I worked as a Digital Marketing Strategist at Sretlaw Media Limited in the USA and Jamaica. In this role, I have developed and managed paid digital marketing strategies across platforms such as AdWords, Instagram, and Facebook. I also created and implemented robust conditional email campaigns based on customer interactions and leveraged reporting to improve conversion rates. Additionally, I have launched successful SEO campaigns that generated significant traffic and customers.
Previously, I served as a Creative Digital Designer at the RJR Gleaner Group in Kingston, Jamaica from 2014 to 2015. I supported the marketing team by creating graphics, editing content, and bolstering blog content with a focus on SEO and keyword research.

I hold a Certificate in Management of the Future from Amity University in Noida, India, and a Certificate in Radio and TV Senior Techniques Management for Developing Countries from the International Techno-Economic Cooperation in Beijing, China. I also obtained a Certificate in Youth Leadership for Developing Countries from the Fujian Foreign Trade & Economic Cooperation Officials' Training Centre in Fuzhou, China. Additionally, I earned an Associate Degree in The Arts in Video Production from the Media Technology Institute of Jamaica in Kingston.
